This was our favorite stay throughout our 2-week trip. The location is perfect, right near the old town. The room is cozy, with nice decor inside and ample space for two people. The amenities are great; it has cookware, in-unit laundry, dishes, and anything you could expect in a well-outfitted apartment. Arif, the host, was also very friendly and check-in was smooth. We'd absolutely come back.

We were very happy with our stay at City Residences. Communication with hosts was great and Josip kindly waited for us to check in at 10pm. The distance to the Old Town was not an issue at all as the bus was convenient. The area is quiet but there are shops and restaurants located nearby. We also thought the price was very reasonable for Dubrovnik. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at City Résidence. The location of the hôtel is a short 25 minute walk from the Old Town. There are plenty of restaurant options right around the corner. The owners at very accommodating and willing to help. The room, on the seventh floor, was perfectly clean at our arrival and is equiped with a balcony. We strongly recommend this place.

The communication was great and was able to check in slightly earlier and later which was a great help. Good location close to the bus stop to easily get to the old town and close to the port. The only downside is the lack of amenities you’d normally get at a hotel if needed. However there were recommendations for left luggage/breakfast etc. that were very useful.

Property was perfect for me. Clean, bright, lovely view, sat on the balcony after a long day of walking. It’s right beside the bus stop that takes you to the wall within minutes and I also walked the first day and it took about 30 minutes. Also beside the apartment is a very well priced grocery store. Highly recommend, don’t be put off by the distance. I took the shuttle from the airport to Gruz bus station and walked, took about 15 minutes.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Shower and bed were good quality. Smart TV and large balcony were great. However, no iron in rooms or upon request. No one visibly available on site - no concierge or reception area. Check out time is early and not flexible (10am) and no option to store luggage. No food options on site. Advised to go to neighbouring hotel for breakfast for €20 breakfast and no discount offered. We will be back to Croatia but not City Residences.

The room was spacious for our family of 3. The location was perfect and only 7 minute drive by bus to old town and a 10 minute walk to the ferry station. The entrance of the building is a pathway on the left side of the City Hotel. The host was kind enough to allow us to check in early. Water pressure and temperature were just perfect and the AC worked really well. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great stay - the manager met me in the morning before official check in time to allow us to get on with our day. The room itself is large, well kept, and modern. Very comfortable for two. Location is fabulous - it's right outside a main bus stop with several connections to Old Town. We never waited for a bus on either side and the side was approx 5 mins. If I come back to Dubrovnik, I would love to stay here again.

This was convenient, but it is more like renting a room for the weekend. It does not have hotel amenities; if you are looking for a front desk, room service, go elsewhere. But the service was amazing, they offered to help arrange pick up from the airport, and drop off. They do give an option to go to another hotel next door to have breakfast. It was great. The room looks like any other nice hotel room. Amazing storage, and nice finishes.

Konumu, karşılama ve oda temizliği ile mükemmeldi. Çok memnun kaldık. Bölge çok güzel ve güvenli duruyor. Hemen önündeki otobüs durağı ile old town'a kolayca gittik ve döndük. Hemen aşağısında bir market ve çevresinde çok güzel restoranlar var. Özellikle pizzeria mezzanave'ye bayıldık. Dubrovnik pass alırsanız duraktaki bilet ofisinde barkod gösterip ücretsiz bileti alabilirsiniz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
