couldn’t ask for a better location within the walls, the room was perfect for the few days we were there - aircon was a saviour over the past few days. Yes there’s stairs, but your in the old town - there’s stairs everywhere! So glad we stayed in the old town, great few days.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was absolutely beautiful and the location was fantastic. Just a heads-up for future travelers: Dubrovnik has a lot of stairs, so be prepared for a bit of a climb! However, the hotel made this so much easier by arranging our transportation. They set up a drop-off at the Buza gate for us, which makes managing your luggage much easier since it avoids the worst of the stairs. Super thoughtful service—highly recommend!

I had an excellent stay at Villa Monte Santo by DuHomes. The location was perfect and within easy walking distance of the Old Town, restaurants, shops, and other attractions, making it very convenient to explore Dubrovnik. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The view from the window was absolutely gorgeous and one of the highlights of my stay. Communication with the owner was excellent—I was always able to reach them easily, and they were responsive and helpful throughout my visit. I highly recommend Villa Monte Santo to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful property in great location in the old town. A lot of steps like everywhere else! Great restaurants nearby. We had the room with the patio and it was well worth the extra cost

The room is very cozy and very clean. I must have misread somewhere because I thought breakfast was included but this is strictly room only. Another thing I would recommend to the facility is having a hotel porter service. It’s very difficult for solo travelers to have to lug large suitcases up and down the many beautiful stairs of Dubrovnik. It would be so much easier to be able to coordinate having someone assist you. I was able to do this for my check out but check in was challenging. Also, the AC in my room turned off several times one of the evenings I was there and I was burning up. No one was able to assist until the following day which I think is one of the drawbacks of this not being a hotel. Overall though, it’s a beautiful room and it’s very quiet. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Absolutely loved staying here at this beautiful property! The area was quiet and within walking distance down stairs to a great choice of restaurants as well as the main street for shops & attractions. Staff were so welcoming and helpful with suggestions and letting us leave our bags a few hours on last day. Would stay here again!

What a lovely place! It's right in the centre of the old town, it has a great view of the city wall and the sea. The room is lovely and very cosy. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time there!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was lovely. The staff were very helpful and accomodating! If you have any mobility issues, there are 97 stairs up to the apartment!

What an amazing place to stay. The view from the window over the old town is incredible. Well worth the hike up the many steps to get to the apartment. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff at the office were very helpful, we were able to leave our bags at the office before check in and after check out.

We enjoyed this very nice property during our time in Dubrovnik. The shower is excellent and the air conditioning worked quite well. We were in room four on the second floor and it was spacious for two people. The location is up many many stairs, but if you can handle the workout, it is well worth it!

We stayed in No 3 which is the apartment wit the balcony - one of the few in Old Town Dubrovnik - a lovely apartment, well equipped kitchen and everything worked and balcony view was great. Certainly a lot of steps to reach the apartments!
