“I booked 2 rooms thru Expedia (due to an 8+ review rating you provided) October 23 & 24 at Dubuque Inn & Suites. Our experience was a rating of 2. Here is why:

It was very hard to see as the lighting was terrible! The room was so small we could hardly navigate around the bed. There was no place to put our suitcases (not even a suitcase rack to set them on). “Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.”
