“Had a great time at the resort. Staff were friendly and well informed of things to do around the Keys. The townhouse was excellent. All the comforts of home. The only problem I had was our townhouse wasn’t ready before check in. We had to wait around 40 minutes past 4pm. We arrived a little early. Around 3:10 pm but we were invited to all amenities on the property while we waited. Very relaxing stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the family suite. Check-in process was a breeze. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, no off odors, beds were comfortable, plenty of space to move around and specially for the kiddos to play. I really enjoyed the balcony area. Although we had access to a kitchenette (with a full size fridge) I didn’t get to use it, but if I would’ve stayed longer I would have definitely taken advantage of it. “Yes, it was a wonderful experience. The location was not the best behind a Publix and the staff was terrible and you can’t fish off the boats. There’s no cleaning products and nothing was cleaned during our four days day. Otherwise it was great. We had a great time a light broken screen came off stuff like that but otherwise yeah, we had a great time, but I think they could be more friendly and they can allow you to fish off the house but they could help you with the kayaks and not be rude I...

“2 of our 5 days no one came by to clean the room. On day 2, we ran out of cups...on day 3 we ran out of towels. Very noisy....kids running up and down wooden walkway late into the night. Ridiculous amount of hidden fees and taxes ...over $100 per night. The parking fee alone was $30 per night, and we self parked the car! Far better values and attention to detail at other similar resorts in the Keyes.”

“My stay was acceptable, but there are several areas that need improvement. The apartment’s layout and use of space were not very functional, making the room feel somewhat uncomfortable. In addition, the appliances were quite outdated and not arranged in a practical manner. During my stay, the swimming pool was out of service, which was disappointing since it is one of the property main amenities. “The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters. ”

“I had a nice stay there. Drove in late for one night on the way to Key West. Saw the sunset at the bridge, which was only one mile away. Had dinner at the restaurant next door. The next morning, I took one of the complimentary bikes to the 7-mile bridge to watch the sunrise and bike the distance that was opened. I also used one of the complimentary kayaks to bop around a little on the water. It was all a very nice experience.”

“When I checked in the host was super friendly. The room was beautiful. The entire stop was much much better than I expected. I would recommend this Motel to anyone. they have rooms, cabins and an area for RV's. So very nice.”

“The staff was friendly, but the site was not maintained well. We stayed in a Queen suite which was dated and well worn. The shower handle kept falling off. We also stayed in the Villa which was in much better condition that the Queen Suite. My biggest pet peeve was that the garbage cans were overflowing on site and looked terrible. One trash can near our villa was overflowing when we left in the morning and still there when we returned at dinner time. The only place to swim at this site is the...
