“Booked online, initially expecting all facilities "one footprint". Three pools were advertised w/canal, garden, and water access. Room 5 faced open water, w/o 'beach' access. Pool was great, loved gradual shallow 8" to 5'. Tiki-style umbrellas at pool/water areas, provide shade. Chairs comfortable, beach towels accessible, large, clean & striped blue. Check-in staff helpful and friendly. Yoga offering 2x weekly. Attempt to book a massage was a dead end. The kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are...

“Great location”

“The location was okay, but not any place we'd revisit. There's a pool in the main lobby area and another that is where the rooms are. That one doesn't have pool service and this is the first resort that we've been to that doesn't have towels available at the pool. Unknowingly to us, there were towels in the cabinet but we never opened that. They have a coffee/snack bar that I was told closed at 11. I was really looking forward to an iced coffee and just thought it was strange that the hours...

“We enjoyed our stay here. We did the all-inclusive package which I would recommend. Can’t wait to go back again. The staff and location were amazing. The front desk manager Lydd is the best. She helped us choose the best rooms and made our stay a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s beautiful, clean, food is delicious, and it’s an experience that you will always remember. The only thing I would recommend would is better entertainment and music by the beach bar....

“A nice little resort with friendly staff. The only negative was that you could not control the ac temperature in livingroom and they are very loud window ac units. Other than that it was a nice stay”

“It's needs an update. There wasn't a microwave. Pool is nice and was open after hours. The “buffet” was what they advertised. It was just muffins and Jimmy Dean sandwiches and My daughter grabbed expired yogurt. So there's that.”

“After booking, pool stopped working and we were unable to use during our stay. Staff did notify prior to arrival, but no discount or refund was given, just a suggestion that the restaurant next door had a pool for customers. Staff answered requests promptly. Noise was minimal, close location to restaurants and grocery. Linens were clean.”
