The property and room were spotless. Very pretty, kind staff, and amenities excellent! We stayed in The Conch House and had everything we needed. We felt very welcome. Clean, quiet and serene resort. If you're looking to relax and chill out completely then this is the place. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Absolutely gorgeous sunrise view. The property all around is beautiful. Our room was perfect and the views from the balcony were stunning! The food and drinks were excellent and the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The store on the property was very well stocked and could cook up whatever you bought from them. Would highly recommend Grassy Flats resort.

Clean room, super hot jacuzzi, great margaritas, and amazing experience at the market. Due to beach clean-up, there was a bit of a foul odor, so didn't sit on balcony much, but great views when we did.

We would 100% stay here again. We loved every minute of it. The staff, service, and property were top notch. The staff payed attention to little details and confirmed all information before we got there. They even had a 10 year anniversary card waiting for us. Very attentive and really appreciate the little things. Cannot wait to come back.

This was out first stay at Grassy Flats Resort and Beach Club and wow!!! First, I would like to comment on how the staff goes out of their way to make sure you are well cared for. Everyone is so kind. And I have to say the bed (in room 208) had without a doubt, the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on. It felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Just incredible!!! The property is very clean and they keep the grounds nicely manicured. And last but mot least, Wilma, the resort princess...what a pretty kitty. Thank you Grassy Flats. We hope to return sooner than later.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We asked where we could access a microwave and they brought one to the room! Also came super fast to assist with coffee brewer. Only downside was the mattress was way too soft.

Great place. They have an area for families and another separate one for Adult's. Conplementary drink on the tour for the first time. Super clean and comfortable. Snack bar and beverage in the room. We got the suite for extra cost but was a neat idea.
