We brought our boat and docking came with our water front room. We'll maintained and great boat ramp! Beds were very comfortable, ac was ice cold! Our dog felt very comfortable there, and our sliding glass door lead to the boat where we had a picnic table the most sturdy relaxing chairs to relax on. Food is near by, try pops smoke hut in BIG PINE KEY, mac and cheese burnt ends and brisket were the best I've ever had in my life so far. And then after dinner we would come back to the room have a nice swim sit in the back and just listen to our friendly neighborhood rooster. May was very helpful and so was everyone else. Definitely coming back, some rooms had little kitchens as well. Easy access to the golf and open, lots of fantastic fishing.

This room was a great value. Parking is tough when they’re full. Staff is super nice. They have 24 hour maintenance, nice front desk corks, and a lovely property. Coffee in the lobby, and a nice selection of snacks and toiletries. Beach towels as well. Great location in the keys.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Cay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. There is an outdoor pool, no breakfast but a diner across the street and coffee in the room. I wouldn't call this a resort more like a motel. You enter your room from the outside with a key old school way. My room was updated and clean.
