“I had a short, but nice stay at the Village Hotel. The room was nice and clean and the staff was extremely nice. I flew in from the US and brought the wrong type of voltage adapter with me. The gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to lend me a cell phone charger, which really saved the day. Great hotel! ”

“Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. “we stayed at the superior hotel for a weekend break to catch up ith family . On arrival we needed to change room to a gound floor room due to problems I hve with stairs . The staff where very helpfull and gave us a ground floor room no problem.The hotel was clean and all staff where very help . There is a bus stop outside the hotel for easy of bus routes,and a kfc acroos the road.Dudley town centre is a five minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk. we enjoyed our stay and would reurn again.”
