“Der "Green Room" ist eigentlich modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist auch aktuell. Schallisolierung ist sicherlich vorhanden, sollte der Mieter über einem aber beschließen, morgens um 6 herumzulaufen, hört man das, da zwar die beiden Zimmer Fliesenboden haben, aber der Flur einen alten Holzboden, der furchtbar knarrt, auch hier in diesem Stockwerk. Die Türen sind auch alt. Als "Kitchenette" sind ein Wasserkocher, ein kleiner Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle sowie eine Kaffeemaschine...
