We had an amazing stay at the W in Xi’an. The staff was wonderful and spoke English very well as we needed help to navigate our adventures!
The hotel is extremely stylish and the interior architecture is mind blowing! Could use a bit more lighting in the lobby at night, but radiates an amazing mood and atmosphere.
The room was very clean, spacious and stylish with a very quiet air conditioning that allowed us to sleep soundly at night! It was also well equipped with Dyson and Magic Toilets!
The dining options were great in and around the hotel depending on your taste and if not, you can walk to a very luxurious shopping / grocery mall not too far away!
TIP - ROOM VIEW : Book the Park / Garden view as the City View is a wall of condo buildings!
We would definitely come back without question and they definitely put the W franchise on our radar!
