"Overall, nice hotel/room, however, the parking situation is very confusing. Also, some basic things were overlooked - no disinfect wipes, or water station in the fitness room. Only 1 regular coffee/ 3 decafs in our room - and our bathroom sink drained extremely slowly. Small things that add up to a slightly disappointing experience, especially at this price point"

"There was a ramp that you could use the cart to go in and out on 1st Floor. Outside the door it was really dirty, full debris. Cleaning staff was great. The front desk told us we could only park and go in without steps facing the lakeside. There were cars and bright lights. Turns out we could have had room in back without any steps. Great value for the price but not a super nice facility. Breakfast room and area not great. Nothing non dairy. BEST thing was lots of bananas! Good location."

"Very modern and comfortable property with a beautiful vista of the lake. There was street parking available, but not a lot of it. The area is typical urban Minnesota, with some good restaurants and coffee shops. It was a short trip to the tourist area near the water."

"The Penthouse was spacious and clean with an amazing view of Lake Superior. It was great to utilize the available amenities such as the bikes and grill. This hotel is conveniently located next to the lake walk which will take you to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Staff was helpful and kind."
