Even though the gentleman in charge was very polite, the facilities were vastly underwhelming. The outside door wasn't even closed for a couple of days and the price should have been lower.

Bed had hairs in and was clearly unclean, mould on walls and mattress looked about 20 years old and severly stained. Manager asked us to leave before we could take any more photos and did not refund when we refused to stay there.

TV and shower not working, broken bed, carpet not seen a hoover for months, check in was farcical, not worth £9 let alone £99, what a rip off, needless to won't be going back. Remove from your website asap.

No hotwater!

No hot water. The property was in bad condition. Second hand furniture. No ensuite rooms, so expensive even if it was a nice place. Bathroom toilet seat was very lose. Park at the railway station for 50p a day.

Do not ever go to this one

This place is terrible. It’s a dump. The room was dirty. It did not have an en suite bathroom the bathroom down the hall. The toilet didn’t work and there was no hot water. It was really really terrible. No one should stay there.

We stayed 3 nights in this property , warm as you enter property but in the rooms there was no heating & we had no hot water , we phoned owner he said boiler was gettin serviced & he would see us kater but he never came to see us , then later on we had hot water for very short time then the rest of days no hot water again & there was no cleaning of our room or replenish tea/coffee/towels/toilet paper for our full 3 day stay , i would give this no stars if i could , i woulnt recommend this property to anyone , no staff at all in this property to dpeak to if you have a problem

Great value budget hotel!

We had a very enjoyable stay and received a great welcome from the hotelier, who made sure we had everything we needed. The double room with ensuite bathroom had marvellous views, lots of space and efficient heating, when required.

Really dirty. Nothing works, taps, lights in bathrooms. Dirty sheets Left heating on when its 22° my dog is poorly now been sick where hes to hot. Couldn't sleep at all
