We had a lovely stay at the imperial and have no complaints at all. It was very close to family we were visiting, close to bars and restaurants, and everything we needed was either in the hotel or just on the doorstep. The staff were always around to help if needed and we were constantly topped up with tea and coffee. Definitely staying again.

I liked it's convenient position. Nice, clean and airy inside.lift worked well for disabled person. Breakfast is really good. Continental and also 5 hot food choices. I'm coeliac .

Comfortable and Safe

The hotel was clean and tidy and you felt safe. The young man who checked us in was kind and thoughtful and allowed us to put our motorbike in the safety of the staff area.
