Situated in an ideal position close to St Kilda and St Clair beaches, as well as the South Dunedin shopping centres. Although not new, the property is well maintained and spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, so I have stayed here several times over the years. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Staff went above and beyond. We had to add two extra nights due to illness. They were fully booked but managed to juggle things around for us. We had to move room but they were extremely helpful in arranging that for us. Thank you
