"The room was so humid, the A/C could not keep up. Everything we owned was damp the entire time we were there. There were times we needed towels but no staff was there. "

"Room was very clean and brand new. The staff was so helpful. We were able to have a late checkout which gave us some additional time at the pool. The staff also offered for us to enjoy the pool or beach and we could continue to park in lot and take shower in very clean restroom that included towels. Top notch!!! "

"You probably will not stay in one of the triangular cottages. Most rooms look like a one-story motel and are not well represented on the hotel web site. However, everything about the room was high quality and comfortable. Our room (07) overlooked a pond with anhingas, turtles and egrets. Free bikes with helmets and locks, free guest laundry. "
