“Parking can be a bit of a challenge because of city location, and if you drive to entrance to unload , you have to leave the lot and circle back around to get back to parking lot. It's not really a major issue, but it was a pain in rainy weather. We have stayed there before and were perfectly satisfied; it's much nicer than a couple other local Inns. However, this time around we had a bed that definitely needs replacing!”

“Nice view of the lake. Easy parking. Staff were nice and the room was good. The bathtub wasn't pristine by any stretch. The property needs an update badly, but I understand that's costly. It was a solid stay for a driving trip in upstate NY on a holiday weekend.”

“As a Marriott Bonvoy member, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The night before checkout, I called the front desk and specifically asked for a one-hour late checkout extension until noon. The receptionist told me it would be fine and said to just call in the morning to confirm with housekeeping. The next morning, I called as instructed and was abruptly told no extension would be granted. Completely inconsistent communication between staff. The bigger issue was the condition...
