“The property was very nice and clean. The rooms were very spacious and love the late check out option”

“Windows were pretty grimy, the walls are really thin where I could hear full on conversations of the people next door, and the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and a bit unsightly. Also there was no coffee options for when the Starbucks closed which was a bit disappointing. The towels and robe were starchy. One of the bottles in the shower was empty.”

“The hotel was great for a weekend getaway. The spa services were great. The property is a bit older, and with that comes things like a leaky sink, but nothing too bad. I wish there were more food options in the area, or onsite, but otherwise things were great. ”

“I gave this property a "Good" rating instead of an "Excellent" because the customer service was lacking. Our room was not ready at 4:30pm. We were offered a drink voucher and I had to remind the front desk that there were two of us in the room. When we did get into our room several items were missing. The ottoman that was supposed to accommodate our suitcases was not there. The hairdryer was also missing. The front desk did have someone bring these items but I felt that there was a real "Oh...
