"Lovely large room and very nice ensuite bathroom. We were given a very large room (261) but it only had a double bed which we struggled with. There was a small balcony but the railings and furniture were so rusty we were concerned about getting hurt. The spa was a great amenity to have, but the jacuzzi was not hot enough. Pool is lovely as is the sauna and steam. Overall 3 star stay."
"1 night at the hotel for an event. It was good but the hotel itself was cold everywhere. The heating was on but only Luke warm the room was freezing aswell as all other areas. Spa isn’t maintained well and isn’t very clean. Breakfast also just ok.
Overall it was just okay!"
"We stayed for one night for a family event in Cheltenham. Really nice hotel - spacious room and lovely bathroom. Bed very comfortable! Free parking was a bonus"
"The hotel is clean and convenient location as we were going to Cotswold. Some areas like the bathroom could do with some updating. Plenty of parking space which you can pay for £7.50 at the reception.
On the plus side, the leisure facilities—including the pool, sauna, and steam room—were great! Just an advice if you're planning a night swim: the website says the pool is open until 9:00 PM on weekends with last entry at 8:15 PM, but they actually closed early at 8:45 PM so staff could clean it which is not indicated in the website or information that they handout when you check-in. Make sure to give yourself extra time. Also, breakfast took a while to be replenished. They seemed really busy as there were a lot of people likely due to a wedding the night before."
"Had a wonderful 2 night stay. Lovely clean room with the comfiest bed ever! Beautiful hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Great breakfast. I would love to stay here again."
"Well positioned hotel to visit Cheltenham, Cirencester, Gloucester and Stroud.
Genuinely lovely staff who greeted you daily and looked after us well.
Clean room, well stocked coffee tea facilities and the added bonus to use the swimming pool gym."
