Hotel is in a great location on the centre of Cheltenham. The decor and facilities are a little tired in places. The Breakfast was the worst we’ve had in a long time, especially galling bearing in mind the £20 price tag. On the plus side, the staff were fantastic.
A pleasant stay at this hotel, we were provided with early check-in and a free upgrade to an executive room. Restaurant food was good and staff were friendly. We found our room fairly hot so had to turn down the radiators. The room had free drinks, which was a bonus.
The room was very clean and confortable. The staff were all very friendly. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. The only negative was that breakfast was served on very hot plates and my poached egg had a gel like consistency - very unusual.
It is not everyday that you come across a hotel like the Queens Hotel. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by the wonderful staff and lovely surroundings. We stayed for three days and wished we could have stayed longer.

Breakfast was good quality ingredients but ruined by being under the hot plate so very dry when served. The decor needs to be refreshed, but overall room was clean and cosy
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free hotel experience!
