"I gave it 5 stars because the staff is very accommodating EXCEPT, there is no elevator and we had to haul 3 large suitcases, plus 3 carryons UP and DOWN the stairs. No help was offered. But, they are holding those same bags (long story) for us while we galavant around the UK "

"Really like our stay. Everything was clean, nice and quite luxurious. The front desk was accommodating and friendly. We thought the room was nice but a little on the small size. No room for any kind of luggage. Loved the bathroom. One problem that the hotel can’t be held responsible for was the very noisy crowd going by our room until after 2 am. It seemed like a younger crowd coming or going across the river. Kept us up. Loved the city. "

"We went for a wedding party, the hotel was clean and well maintained, The room was lovely and with very nice shower gel and finishing touches etc it felt much more luxurious than we had expected."

"Great check in as we were given an upgrade and a drinks voucher. The one and only issue was that the scrambled ages at breakfast had a very fishy taste so we left them. I meant to mention it to staff but they were busy with customers and we had to leave early to beat traffic. "
