"저렴하고 inn이지만 있을거는 다 있어요. 욕조도 있어요! 치약칫솔은 가져가야합니다. 전자레인지도 있어서 좋아요. 다만 숙박중 청소상태가 뛰어나진 않아요. 가끔 머리카락이 발견됩니다만 입실시 청소상태는 좋았습니다. 주변 노숙자들이 해코지를 하지는 않으나 밤 늦게 혼자서 다니면 무섭습니다. 파이크플레이스와 가깝습니다."

"짧은 휴가를 보내기 위해 혼자 방문하였습니다. 우선 호텔 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 대중교통 이용, 주요 관광지 방문, 쇼핑 및 마트 방문 등에 편리했습니다. 또한, 직원 분들이 친절했습니다. 허용된 체크인 시간보다 3시간 정도 일찍 도착했는데 바로 입실하도록 해주셨습니다. 그리고 방문 첫날 이용하다가 변기 레버가 망가졌는데, 바로 넓은 새 방으로 변경해 주어서 쾌적하게 이용했습니다. 다만, 호텔이 중심지에 위치하다 보니 밤에 건물 밖의 소음 때문에 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 예민하신 분이라면 수면이 어려우실 수 있습니다. (귀마개는 제공됩니다.)"

"The facilities are average, and staying in downtown Seattle for a few days is fine, but there is a problem. A hidden fee (amenity fee) is charged daily. For a two-night stay, I was charged $57.74 with Tax. This fee is applied every day. While the hotel justifies this charge, citing services like internet access, Netflix streaming, and a welcome drink, I believe these should already be included in the standard hotel rate. These services are not exceptional enough to warrant an additional charge. The hotel should seriously reconsider this policy. For people like me who are traveling on business and reimbursed for expenses, this extra cost makes it hard to justify staying here again in the future. I would like to suggest that the hotel consider incorporating all fees into the room price and offering a more transparent and realistic rate."

"pros: - If coming from the airport, taking the link train and getting off at Symphony station is very close to the hotel. - Located in downtown, so it’s convenient for both going to the convention center and sightseeing. - Relatively affordable price. cons: - The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel. - If booking through a third party (e.g., Hotels.com), they hold a $200 INCIDENTAL charge. This is a policy, but there was no prior notice about this. -> Fortunately, it was refunded immediately after checkout. - The Wi-Fi speed in the room was surprisingly slow. It was noticeably slower compared to other places like cafes or the convention center. - The staff was unfriendly, especially the woman at the front desk in the afternoon. I asked if I could change rooms because the Wi-Fi speed was too slow for my work, and her response was, "Moving to a higher floor won’t make the Wi-Fi faster." When did I ask to move to a higher floor? I don’t understand her attitude. To add, they didn’t change my room. - In terms of room assignments, I noticed that the hotel tends to assign people of color to lower floors when using the elevator. "
