“Very close to town centre, breakfast included and free parking. A lovely place to stay.”

“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

“We had the most wonderful stay. The location is just beautiful and it's so very peaceful. I stayed in the Wall Room with my dog. It was totally dog friendly with a very comfortable bed and a fabulous shower. There was a bed, towel, water bowl and treats for my dog. The restaurant/cafe was located close by and the food was lovely. Chef David has created a fabulous menu. The Sunday lunch was totally delicious. The restaurant staff were lovely. “Beautifully remodeled seaview room. Appreciated the nice shower and toiletries. Breakfast was provided the evening before in a cooler. All needed items were thoughtfully provided. Self-check in and out easy and the directions were clear. Dinner in the pub was also quite tasty.”

“Clean room, very helpful attentive staff. The amenities were those expected of a b&b. Our only qualms about our stay was there was no offer of remuneration re: the boiler having broken down.”
