"The location is absolutely excellent on top of the hill. We loved that, the staff were so helpful, accommodating, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made our stay the best they could. "I got there and was told they didn’t receive my booking from Expedia and also the hotel is fully booked. I haven’t received any refund yet but this is not right coming all the way just to be stranded and loosing extra money"
