The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they let us leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. "Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Lucerne. Excellent location on lake Lucerne with breath takin views of lake and mountains. Walkable distance to all main attractions. We were upgraded to extremely beautiful room 310 with unbelievable views of the lake Lucerne, mountains and city. Every day we enjoyed our time on the balcony of our room. Room was in excellent condition with beautiful classic furniture. Very comfortable and roomy. In the morning we loved our delicious and freshly cooked breakfast. They had a tasty verity of bar food and you can also order from the menu. everything we tried was delicious and very fresh. Our waiter at breakfast was extremely professional and friendly. He made us fell that we knew him for a long time. Each morning we had a nice conversation with him and he gave us a good boost for the entire day.
