โWithout fail, every staff person we spoke with over 6 days was helpful, pleasant. They went out of their way to greet us where we crossed their path. Itโs not fancy, but it is clean and well run. I found the bed very firm which is not my favorite, but genuinely nice staff went a long way to making this a great stay.โ

After check-out, the hotel fee was charged twice. 8 days have passed since check-out, but the problem has not been resolved.
Please cancel the double-charged fee.โ

โI stayed at this hotel overnight after visiting Mountain Rainier with my daughter. The first person to welcome us was a young hotelier at the counter. He explained to us very kindly and always had a smile on his face. That was the most precious thing I experienced at this hotel. I couldn't ask for his name, but he had a nice dreadlocks hairstyle.โ
