"This hotel has an amazing gym / ample car park space / decent breakfast and mostly helpful staff (the guy on the front desk at initial checkin was more than a little disconnected.. so generally very positive. Could be an excellent hotel - however a few chagrins: hot water for shower - takes about 5 minutes to get warm - not hot - just warm. There is a wall heater in the room - but doesn't switch on.
Room design - eclectic. has all the right bits but colour scheme doesn't co-ordinate and bathroom design is 1980's with very loud extraction fan.
Still a very positive vibe here and I would recommend it"

"Extremely comfortable bed and spacious room. Far too hot and unable to control the heat. No remote control for tv and had to ask 4 times for it when it finally arrived in time for leaving the tv didn’t work as the WiFi was too weak. Bit of a disaster affecting everything as I was travelling solo and relied on the tv for company "

"We went for the "privilage" room, the best option they have cause it came with a walk in shower. That was a must as my partner has an injury. We stayed 2 nights, the room was so basic, very similar to the Premier Inn just slightly bigger.
So bad points, there was a 1 inch gap still there when you close the window, so it was pointless closing it. You could hear the traffic on the motorway and the wind was still blowing through.
As we walked out into a courtyard area, my partner slipped and fell on the floor because it was so slippery. They mopped the outside tiling floor and didn't display wet floor signs.
It looks good from the outside but the inside was very basic and you pay way more than its worth."
