"It's a student halls of residence. If that's what you're expecting I would imagine you'd be very happy with the room. If you're expecting a hotel, it's not a hotel. It was exactly as I was expecting. Comfortable, no frills, perfectly fine for a one night stay for me. Wifi was great. A little bit of noise at times, it's student accommodation, but not too noisy by a long way. I recently stayed at the IBIS in Bristol and that was far noisier. Would happily book again for a short stay."

"This was an excellently decorated & comfortably furnished apartment, perfectly located in a quiet location in the main part of town. We parked a short distance away at the ASDA car park, which was reasonably priced via the JustPark app. Helpful owners & excellent communication. "It was our first time staying at Mollie's Motel, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, and we weren't disappointed. Our room was really spacious and clean, and huge, with a perfectly set out accessible shower room (the only thing that would improve it would be a shelf near the sink for toothbrushes and toothpaste etc). The room rate was excellent too. It was a bit different to other hotels not having a kettle in each room, but the (boiling) hot and cold drinking water taps on each floor were easy to use. The staff couldn't have been more kind and helpful, they explained everything fully, and took our reservations for evening meal and breakfast in Mollie's Diner a few yards away from the hotel. The Diner was clean and welcoming, and the food was excellent, and well priced. There is ample free parking, including Blue Badge spaces too. We highly recommend Mollie's Motel, and Diner, and will definietly book to say again when visiting Bristol."

"Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in at approximately 3:00pm, I was advised that my room was not yet ready. Whilst delays can happen, this was only the start of a very disappointing experience. I was also informed that the air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. My room (1201) was extremely hot, and the window could not be opened, making the room very uncomfortable. I requested a fan on two separate occasions, however no fan was ever delivered. In addition, the shower in my room was not functioning correctly. The water was only running cold, and the shower head was spraying water over the shower screen and onto the bathroom floor, leaving the floor extremely wet and slippery, creating both an inconvenience and a potential safety concern. Furthermore, the electric vehicle charging provision was wholly inadequate. There were only two charging points available despite there being eight designated spaces, which added further frustration during my stay. Overall, this experience fell well below the standards I would expect from a luxury hotel. The combination of the lack of air conditioning, failure to provide the requested fan, defective shower facilities, and inadequate charging provision significantly impacted my stay and left me extremely disappointed."

"We arrived late but were looked after at reception by the check in staff. Our room overlooked the floating harbour. It was spacious and very comfortable. It was very good value for money. Our only criticism was that we did not know that parking had to be booked in advance. That didn’t adversely affect our plans."

"Lovely well maintained modern rooms with sparkling bathroom and plenty of hot water for great shower. Nice to see eco facilities. Breakfast and dinner were superb and akin to gastro pub quality and generously portioned. We wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we visit family in the area. Staff were friendly and accommodating at all times."
