โWe enjoyed our time in Cleveland and our stay at the Drury Plaza hotel!
We used their valet clear service without issue. We were able to check into our room when we arrived and found the room as described, clean and spacious. Nice views of the park and city scape behind us.
Easy walks to Progressive Field and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Hotel provided a complimentary Taco Bar and 3 adult beverages/person. Popcorn and refreshments for everyone too.
Basic, indoor pool and hot tub were also...

โIt was perfect for our one night stay. We were there for a concert. Main bed was very comfortable . Place was clean. Didnโt use kitchen/other amenities. About a 2 mile walk from Huntington Bank Field for reference.

โIt looks like a motel. The cleanliness is bad and the service is poor. It was very uncomfortable because there was so much dust everywhere. The Westin hotel is a bad experience.โ
โIn General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive.
Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. โ
โThe only negative comment that we have is that the woman who is servicing breakfast both days that we were there spoke on her phone almost the entire time. She walked around the area talking loudly and clearly there was no emergent need to. It was annoying and it made her less approachable. The concierge James was very very helpful. โThe hotel was pretty great, but not the best. The beds definitely need to be upgraded. Theyre very hard and a bit difficult to sleep on. The staff is beyond wonderful and professional which made it 10x better. โ
