"Acceptable because I just stay one night. The reception never picked up a call as I was wanting to enquire about parking. Luckily some reviews here told me useful information. We booked for our family with 2A2C for 1 night. Room has not intercom phone, everything you want to ask, we have to walk to reception. No slippers , no hair dryer in the room. Bed was good we had a good sleep. The included breakfast buffet is ok , staff always refill the foods. but the bowl and plate has dirts."
