“Too strong cigarette smell in the room, linens and hallway!!!! Hotel is 100% smoke free but most of place has cigarette smell, hotel should charge penalty to those who smokes and should treat throughout to eliminate those smell often!!! Hotel itself is good very nice facilities one of very few hotel with bidet!!! Good size room, luxurious and also decent breakfast. “This hotel is a SCAM! When I reserved this hotel through Hotels.com, I pre-paid the hotel fee. But, the employees at the desk asked me to pay ONCE AGAIN, telling me that the fee paid over Hotels.com would be refunded. That didn’t happen. Eventually I paid TWICE. And the hotel refused to refund. So, I was double-charged. I think this is a classic way to lure foreigners to pay more. The hotel even doesn’t answer the phone. If you don’t want to be scammed, please do not use this hotel.”
