The resort was well-kept and clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing. When I checked in, I was immediately assigned Butler Service. Baroni was wonderful and helped me with everything — from being my guide and concierge to making restaurant reservations, which was especially helpful since there can be a waitlist.
The resort has a beautiful private beach area🏖, two pools, plus a kids’ pool with slides and a play area. There’s also a circus-style trampoline area, game room🎱, mini casino🎰, and a large theatre with live shows every day. Don't miss the 🎶 'Michael Jackson" show. They even have a disco starting at 11 p.m. 💃🎶
The beach party and fire show were definitely the highlight of my stay! 🔥🏖️ It was so much fun and made the trip even more memorable.
The buffet also had a wide variety of food, so there was always plenty to choose from.

I didn’t speak Spanish, but the staff were very patient and understanding while I communicated using #Googletranslate. I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was. Additional amenities included- Spa, medical clinic & 🏋️♀️ gym
