"Bar was great"

"The food at the Fawn Restaurant in the Chancery Hotel was nothing special. It wasn’t the best amongst other restaurants in the Dublin area. The Executive King Room (with a king bed) we stayed in was small. The bed occupied most of the room space so it was quite difficult to maneuver the luggages in the room. The staff was accommodating with any amenities that were lacking in the room, including the request to empty the trash after the room was supposedly cleaned already. The staff made it right by ensuring the rest of our one week stay was pleasant. "

"Even though it was their fault that we couldn’t pay a 29 euro bill ( the card scanner battery was dead) they locked us out of our room Truly the most unhelpful arrogant staff I have travelled extensively and we will never stay in a riu branded hotel again"

"I ate dinner at the bar because I arrived after the restaurant was closed. The menu was perfect and I was able to get a fresh, healthy meal after a long flight. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t review that. "
