"Room was smelly but linen/towel were change everyday and bathroom were properly kept and clean . Cleaning staff were good at this."

"Great location. Walkable to everything or scooter. Popular restaurant. No pool but littte gym. Our room did not have a view of anything but the freeway. It was relatively quiet… we put on white noise to help us sleep. Valet only. They’re pretty quick &, very friendly. Overall an expensive hotel where you’re paying to be downtown "

"Close to shops and restaurants. Car park was limited and had some very tight spaces. "

"Would have appreciated being told that the parking was $95 per day upon arrival and not upon check out. Otherwise hotel was great."

"The closeness to Darling Harbour is one of the best things about this hotel. The variety of food for breakfast was amazing! They are a little short staffef, especially during busy checkin periods."
