"I booked Ocean view room with double bed through Expedia but when I checked in the confirmation showed Standard room with King bed. When I requested double bed the reception staff got angry and gave a double bed room tropical view with air conditioning issues. When my husband complained the front desk staff was rude and stated that a technician will come but no one showed up. After two days the air conditioning worked but started dripping water. Other than that the resort was great. The pools were great, there were plenty of beach chairs by the pool and by the beach and didn’t have to compete for beach chairs like other resorts. The numerous coconut trees adds so much beauty to the large resort. The restaurants were great and the food was awesome with plenty of choices and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The resort was very clean. The evening shows were very entertaining."

"Overall, the accommodations were satisfactory. The beach and pool facilities were commendable. Housekeeping services from Wednesday to Sunday were exemplary, while Monday and Tuesday's services were adequate. The check-in process was acceptable, though there was a lack of clarity regarding the necessity of a pool card and an absence of information regarding available services or restaurant reservation procedures. KOI and the Lunch Buffet were the standout dining options, while other restaurants did not meet expectations. Significant issues were encountered with television and internet connectivity. Furthermore, the functionality of in-room refrigerators requires attention, as it took three days to resolve an issue with a refrigerator in a colleague's room. Ultimately, the prime location and pristine beach significantly contributed to an ideal vacation experience."
