"Mi estancia en Serenade Punta Cana fue excelente en general. Las instalaciones, el ambiente y el servicio de la mayoría de los empleados fueron maravillosos. Quiero destacar especialmente al personal que trabaja directamente con los huéspedes: siempre fueron muy amables, serviciales, atentos y con una excelente actitud. Realmente hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera muy agradable. Sin embargo, considero que existe una oportunidad de mejora en cuanto a la actitud de algunos supervisores o personas en posiciones superiores. En algunas ocasiones percibimos una actitud un poco distante y con cierto aire de superioridad, muy diferente a la calidez y amabilidad que recibimos del resto del personal. Pienso que, independientemente de la posición que una persona ocupe dentro de un hotel, la humildad, la amabilidad y el buen trato hacia los huéspedes y hacia los demás empleados deberían mantenerse siempre. Fuera de ese detalle, disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia y quedamos muy satisfechos con el hotel y, especialmente, con todos esos empleados que cada día trabajan con una sonrisa y hacen sentir bienvenidos a los huéspedes."

"Our particular stay was overall good. We traveled with a group of 7 (3 seperate rooms) for my husband's 50th birthday and our room was the 2 bedroom family room. PERFECT choice for 4, including adult children. 2 bedroom set up with 2 bathrooms. AC worked perfectly in our room, even on the hottest days. However, only had 2 working outlets in each room (1 plug in, 2 USB). Outlets in either bathroom didn't work. Staff was overall friendly. Check-in and out was simple. Food on the resort was mediocre, but the Jerk Chicken shack is where it's at! Lots of drink options available, but are on the weaker side. Always asked for extra shots to be added. This was our 2nd time at this resort. The resort was well maintained but everything is so spread out. Depending on where your room is, may have to cross entire resort to get to food or the beach. Personally, we were pleased with our specific stay and for the cost it is a decent option if wanting on the lower pricing."
