"Everything is good. The new lagoon hotel is beautiful. I also went to the new pavilion buffet, it is so much better the old Atlantic caribe buffet. It just kinda far needs to walk all the way through Boulevard. The cenote is best swimming place, my kids love it. There are a lots of stuff to do, I regret book the trip to Saona island, too hot and bad food, a lot of bees, no snorkeling and not going down the see the starfish."

"El hotel es lindo, tiene mucho entretenimiento para niños y adultos. Considero que deben revisar el tema de los aires acondicionados en los restaurantes, ya que se siente mucho olor a moho. La comida del restaurante Japonés fue malísima, no me gustó. Los buffets son buenos, el personal de servicio en los restaurantes es amable en su mayoría. Los tragos son muy básicos y el personal de los bares, en especial los de los alrededores de la piscina, son muy desatentos y groseros, con los latinos. La piscina requiere urgente mantenimiento, cambio de algunas baldosas, pueden causar un accidente, ya qué se han ido cayendo. De igual manera lo recomiendo. Gracias al mayordomo, por ser tan atento. Muy buen servicio el del transporte interno del hotel"
