“Nice clean hotel with an excellent location to the Magnolia Theatre (just across the street). Our Expedia conformation showed check-in time to be 3:00PM. Upon arrival at 2:50PM I was told our room wouldn't be ready until 4:00PM check-in time. I showed her my conformation email and was then able to check-in at 3:25. “We planned a last-minute staycation here. We live locally and didn’t realize how nice this hotel was. We’ve been here before to eat at one of the restaurants onsite but it’s our first time staying at the hotel. The room we got was clean and spacious (we stayed in a Premier Pool Studio room). Our room had a king bed and a couch that had a pullout. My kids loved the room. The amenities were great for our family. We spent most of our time in the pools.
