"Big room, the hotel holds a lot of people but doesn’t feel overcrowded. The person at the reception was very helpful helping us about a spa and offered to order food ahead so it would be ready upon our return when the restaurant was gonna be closed. Funky decoration and very nice scenery. Great breakfast too"

"This is a beautiful property and we had a magical stay because I made a big big mistake. I booked a suite. Boy it was grand and we’ll never forget it! The views were amazing the bed, tub, shower were wonderful! The only downside was breakfast. The food was decent and I feel when you pay for the SUITE you should get the breakfast included. The staff at breakfast ignored us the entire time. Never asked us if we wanted juice or coffee and that’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars. No one helps w luggage either. But we had a wonderful nights sleep. Staff do better! Especially for those in a suite!!!!"

"The room was clean with a nice view of the coastal area with grazing sheep just outside. The food at the restaurant was top notch and locally sourced. The outside of the guesthouse was eclectic with a main check in and housing area with a connected dining area, and a long building with several rooms as well as some newer looking separate cabins. We stayed in the long building in a triple that had 3 twin beds. The room was clean and everything worked well. The people that worked there were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. I would stay there again. I thought that it was a value considering the prices that rooms on this part of Iceland go for."

"My partner and I were passing thru and stayed here for one evening. It was easy to find, helpful staff that have greeted us on our arrival. If you are going to be late to your check in let them know in advance and I’m sure they can accommodate you with easy instructions. The property was clean, our room was comfortable, private bathroom is always a plus. Breakfast was also a plus, it’s simple but it’s perfect to get the day going for adventures. If you have a vehicle there are also dining options in the area. It was a great stay and recommend it to anyone that is considering. Thank you Milk Factory for the wonderful stay!"
