The towels provided were of very poor quality and did not meet even basic expectations. The tap was leaking continuously, and water from the shower area was spilling over to the rest of the bathroom, making it inconvenient and messy to use. While the breakfast was good and the staff were polite and helpful, the core aspect of the stay—the room itself—was not maintained to luxury standards. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the premium pricing for a sea-facing luxury room. I would strongly suggest that the management focus on improving cleanliness, maintenance, and overall room quality to truly match the expectations of a luxury stay. "
