"The mattresses are horrible but the overnight clerk or manager was nice enough to make some accommodations for us. The mattresses not being properly maintained is def a bummer. Pillows should be upgraded. Vending machines and arm should be upgraded and a larger variety of drinks should be available as well. Energy drinks at 7$ is not appropriate. A can of soda for 4 is ridiculous. Having someone watch you eat breakfast or make you your waffle just so you don’t make a mess is too much micro managing makes me feel like I’m being watched. To rooms wout jacuzzi’s are nice wifi nothing to be happy about "

"Upon checkin a woman named cassandra was extremely mean and rude. I told her I am very sad because my mom died and she said “so my mom died too” i said yesterday? She said we do not have any rooms until 3:00. It was 6:30 am. I sat in the lobby. Luckily for me a new lady came in around 8 and she gave me my room early. But this was an exasperating experience. Cassandra also said to me that there are other hotels nearby and she had the option whether she wanted to check me in or not. This was very bad. "
