"We were looking forward to using the pool to soak after walking tradeshows during the day but when we arrived it was empty and the hot tub wasn't very hot. Not worth the extra payment for "resort". Plus the hot tub shut down at 6pm, so only a little bit of time to even use it before it closed."

"I haves stayed at the grand desert many times and I was disappointed by the fact that the management was giving out free drinks for St Patrick’s day and the people receiving the complimentary drinks could not even clean up their trash at the pool the life guard ended up doing it she is a lifeguard not a sanitation worker "
