"My family and I stayed in Encore Resort for one night. The room was really spacious and family friendly. The carpet is light tan without a single spot or dirt on it, which showed the amazing level of care it received. Service was instant and amazing. The hotel lobby and casino are designed modern yet warm and elegant. Our room had the view of the Sphere which was a plus. Great stay."

The bathtub did not drain properly, which made it frustrating and uncomfortable to use. When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, they were not very helpful and didn’t seem concerned about resolving the problem. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not stay here again."
