“We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. We were attending the New Wine festival at Shepton Mallet so needed somewhere to sleep! We didn't use many of the facilities as we literally got up & left for the day but there were plenty of facilities available! We slept like babies in the comfy bed! Lesley was a very helpful hostess & communicated often. She's even posting me back an item of clothing we left behind! The accommodation was comfortable, there was parking available too! “The best definition of value I have ever heard is “the difference between you you thought you were getting and what you got” this sadly was a very wide gap. It is not a destination venue but more of some where to dump your belongings and go out. It wouldn’t take much. I was advised when I arrived that it’s gets chilly down stairs… no it is freezing cold. The radiator isn’t big enough and the electric heaters just do not warm up the place. Blackout curtains across the doors would help. The...
