“Nice location. The room was very clean. However there was no lift, which was so uncomfortable. We had to go up and down stairs carrying heavy luggage without any help.”

“Too noisy even at late night. No control from Hotel. Breakfast was just normal, but not enough for that rate.”

“Old style hotel and not easy to access the room with disable person”

“Fabulous stay. Very comfortable room. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Ideal for Leith and easy access to Edinburgh and airport via tram.”

“Beautiful old building. Cozy beds. Rooms could use a bit of updating”
