Woman at front desk was super helpful in resolving a problem. Wish I could remember her name, but was on night shift on 10/30/26.

Facilities are really nice after their recent renovation. Their location is most convenient and the restaurant downstairs has amazing Italian food. I would stay again!

Simple quick clean exactly what I needed

The beds were new, thick modern bedding, so thick that my mother in law needed a foot stool to get in & out of the bed in her room.

Quick check and very clean room

tHE HOTEL WAS VERY QUITE AND THE ROOM DARKENING SHADES KEPT THE LIGHT OUT MAKING IT EASY TO SLEEP.

Loved the bed tucked away in its own little corner. It was nice to have the small kitchen and living room areas.

Very friendly personnel, hotel was busy with events however it was not noisy

I was there for a funeral. It snowed about six inches between Friday night and Saturday morning. When I went to try to clean my car off, a very nice gentleman helped me. Actually, he cleaned my car off! Everyone there was very helpful, from the staff to the other guests. It was right off the highway and convenient for all my needs. I would recommend this motel to others.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was within easy access to all of our destinations in the area. Parking was plentiful.

Beautiful cottage. Clean, quiet, & peaceful. Easy access. Will definitely book again! Thanks for everything!

After two weeks of staying at larger hotel chains paying three times the rate and being unsatisfied with management, service and overall treatment, I began to look elsewhere due to unforeseen circumstances that required extending my stay in Cleveland. I stumbled across the Fairbridge Hotel through Expedia due...

When i first arrived i was a little nervous, once i spoke with the Staff that work there she made me feel comfortable i must say for this to be a motel it was very family Oriented my room was very clean No bugs my kids loved the swimming pool would definitely come back again, i would Recommend Mentor Inn Suites its a family setting Establishment. Great Job!!

I have stayed at that hotel.in the past and it smelled like cigarettes. Today when I checked in I notice the property had been cleaned up hallways were clean. When I opened the door to my room it smelled fresh and sheets tables floors were clean and everything was nicely displayed in the room. Big improvements to the hotel. The only thing I was disappointed in is I couldn't find the ice machine and I think the bathrooms need some updating

Beautifully appointed mansion in the heart of Case Western Reserve, virtually next door to the art museum and botanical gardens. A fine french restaurant, Albatross, is 100 yards away. Rooms are clean and very quiet; good breakfast included.

STAFF, Rooms & FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!! Everyone had a wonderful positive attitude and always SMILING! Our hockey team from Buffalo was raving about the great people that work at this hotel!!!

Everything was fantastic. Breakfast bar was great and had lots of options. Room was clean and comfy and big enough for our family of 5. Lots of parking, well-lit lot, Everything was sparkling clean. Would absolutely stay here again!
