"clean room, fast and easy check in- out"

"Hotel definitely in a great area, every thing you could do is walking distance and you are right next to grand central subway. The only thing is the rooms could use a bit of a renovation as the room we stayed in didn't have a working shower drain or phone and not the cleanest."

"I’ve always loved this hotel and have stayed multiple times. It’s in an awesome area of the city, close enough to everything but not in the center of the chaos. However, this last experience, we were placed next to the housekeeping service elevator and we did not sleep the entire night. We could hear every time the doors opened, closed and whenever the elevator moved. I ended up asking for a room change and it was much better but truthfully the room we were in should not be an option for guests. It was really really loud through the entire night. "

"The front desk staff was truly intuitive and accepting and accomadating of the odd circumstances my wife and I were there for. Great to work with and talk to. The resturant is great. . . breakfast could use some work our stay was 3/31 - 4/2 2026"

They weren’t just passively helpful, they were actively trying to make our day and our stay better or easier. Phenomenal location of course and the amenities/room are top notch. "
