"No breakfast. There is a bar and some snacks you can purchase but it’s expensive. Alot of homeless people sleep on the roads by this hotel. Also I had a king luxe balcony room and it didn’t get down to cooling temp much the balcony door puts off alot of heat. My room was hot during day. But everything else was good. "

"honestly, this hotel was such a pleasant surprise. the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable, it made my work trip to new york feel way more relaxing. the front desk people were genuinely sweet and super helpful with everything from check-in to local tips. the location is also perfect, tons of restaurants, coffee spots, and things to do all within walking distance. i never once felt stressed about getting around. if you’re coming to the city for work or fun, i’d totally say stay here. they really made my trip so much better.
