Pod 51
It was a unique experience going back to dorm room living. The room was very clean with only one detractor that one of the towels had an odd smell. Everything else was great, convenient to locations I was visiting and checkin/out was easy.

The Beekman Tower, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
The apartment is very clean and nice. I booked this hotel because of the apartment style (kitchen specifically) worked for my elder parents. The front desk staff are very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

East Village Hotel
This was a nice place to stay. Location is great if you like nightlife. The rooms were pretty clean and were comfortable. The price was insane but that's more a function of NyC. Overall I would recommend.
