“We stayed for two nights. Spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. A lovely apartment. We’d love to go back. 10 min walk from seafront right by the pier. Can’t fault our stay. ”

“The apartment was lovely, we had a great stay. Really clear instructions for checking in. We knew the location was great but were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well equipped it was. Honestly was a shame we could only spend a couple of days there!”

“This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. ”

“Situated in a quiet spot there's this tiny house with a beautiful garden. It is a great place to stay. Just outside there's a parking place. The appartment is clean and well-equipped, it offers everything you need. There's solid WiFi. Owners are very friendly and helpful.”

“Lovely little flat in a very convenient location. Parking wasn't an issue as there was plenty of parking in the area. Asked for an additional heater before I arrived and they kindly put one in there for me. Stairs are quite narrow and are only wide enough for one foot per step, but not a problem for me. :)”

“Getting a little shabby and cleanliness inconsistent - a shame as otherwise this flat could be truly special with such a great location and lovely views from the front. Unfortunately, the adjoining flat’s music in the early hours affected our sleep throughout our stay. ”

It really felt like we were guests in someone's home. Perfectly situated in the middle of the old town, with lots of the local attractions, including the beach, in easy walking distance. We would recommend this to family and friends and would like to return.”
