“Room smelled clean when I checked in. Nice towels! I stayed on the first floor. TV volume didn't work so front desk gal came & fixed. They should maybe monitor the "weed" smokers as the whole hallway snelled like pot around 8 pm.”

“Stayed in worse but stayed in much better. Soon as you walk into the room 128 you notice black marks in the sink that looked like mud but in fact it was some kind of stain. Not something you want to see when brushing your teeth. Grab bars in the tub for seniors would be nice too. The outside has weeds growing all over. looks bad. One good thing was the lady behind the desk was super friendly & very helpful. Breakfast was good too.”

“The room at Rustic Lodge was decent. It had been renovated and was clean. We had no complaints about the room. Breakfast was a disaster, however. I have somewhat modest expectations of motel breakfasts, but this was the worst. Apparently they set out breakfast supplies at 7 am and do not restock. So if you show up later, there is no more milk or waffle batter or hot water for the tea…? When prompted, the staff just said no. Really?!? You don’t have another half gallon of milk back there?!? ...

“Great little hotel in a nice downtown area next to the hospital and university. Well appointed, reasonably priced and quiet rooms, friendly staff and without a doubt the best breakfast I've ever had a hotel. Quality home-made food crafted with love by staff that clearly take pride in their work was the perfect send-off after a lovely stay!”
