“My stay at this hotel was the worst experience I have ever had, due to the following reasons: (1) Upon my arrival after 5 PM, the room was not ready. Consequently, I had to wait half an hour to check in, and no apology was offered for this inconvenience. (2) More importantly, during my stay, the property was undergoing construction to repair the exterior walls near the entrance.
