"This is an older facility but it is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are smaller with an old-school tub and shower curtain. The sink is outside of the toilet/shower room, in the main bedroom. There is plenty of counter space. The hotel's location is excellent. The staff is helpful."

"The room was a nice size with a kitchenette. But no supplies in that kitchenette. We were only one night stay so no problem. Breakfast was included in the morning. The bed sounded like it was covered with rubber and made so much noise just sitting down on it! We were tired so once asleep and not moving we got through the night. If I had a choice though, I would not have stayed in this room. The desk staff did know that some mattresses were noisy like this."

"This was a great location for our first visit to NYC! The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were able to check in to one of our two rooms when we arrived at noon, which was wonderful after our red eye flight. The rooms were definitely on the small side but the beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and they were cleaned every day, so they provided everything that we needed. We stayed on the top floor with a great view of the Empire State Building. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was welcoming and helpful. I was traveling alone, and they made sure to set me up in the more secure area of the second floor. I felt safe the whole time visiting, but it was nice to have that consideration and extra security. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast at Stella's was a lovely option! I would definitely stay here again!"
